Spotlight Card: A wedding thank you

For this week’s Spotlight Card, I thought I would share a bit of a project I’m working on right now. My wedding gift to my friend, who’s wedding is in October, was to make her thank you cards. The feel of the wedding is Art Deco and the colors are purple and silver. Below is what I came up with.

The purple paper is from Bazzil in the color ‘Mulberry’. The Art Deco design is from a Hero Arts stamp and is embossed with silver embossing powder. I had bought Delicata Silver ink but the stamp was too delicate, you couldn’t even see the design when turned certain ways. As for the heart and thank you die cut, they came as a set. I have no clue what brand they are from but I do know I got them from Simon Says Stamp. The vellum is a heavier weight vellum from Simon Says Stamp instead of the thin stuff I can get at Michaels and Hobby Lobby.

There you have it! I’m going to be making 75 of these so as soon as I had all of the pieces I started working on it. I made this up so I knew what the end product would look like. What do you think of it? Do you do big orders if you sell cards or do you prefer to stick to smaller orders? XO❤ As always my social media will be linked down below if you want to check them out! 😊
